NHS Hospital Tooting
No.1 Site Logistics are proud to be working NHS hospitals completing full strip services for future development works. Due to the nature of the works, health & safety and care are at the forefront out our values.
Dover
We have recently been awarded the groundworks and demolition package at a well-known ancient monument site on the shores of Kent. This project requires adaptability and high-quality buildability to protect the heritage of the building.
Pall Mall
We have recently undertaken works at a Grade II listed project in London. We ensure absolute discretion with such works and do not advertise sensitive information. We have also been completing fire damage works.

Water Treatment Plant – South East London
Our team recently completed a comprehensive strip-out and non-licensed asbestos removal package at a live water treatment facility in South East London. Working within strict safety and environmental controls, we carried out internal dismantling and material removal to prepare the site for refurbishment, ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations and zero disruption to ongoing operations.
Residential Property – Asbestos Garage Roof Removal
At a private residential property, we safely removed and disposed of an asbestos cement garage roof in accordance with current legislation. Our team implemented full containment and control measures, ensuring the safe handling, transportation, and disposal of all asbestos-containing materials. The site was left clean, safe, and ready for re-roofing.
Nursing Home – Kent
We were appointed to carry out backfilling and hardstanding works to an existing disused swimming pool at a nursing home in Kent. The project involved the safe infill and compaction of the pool structure to create a stable, usable surface for future development. All works were completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to the live care environment.
